Processing payments over the phone or by mail order?

For transactions where the customer is at the end of the phone or they have submitted their credit card details online, ConnectaPay takes payments using a “virtual” terminal via an online portal. Once logged into this portal, staff simply enter the customer’s card details within the payments page and complete the sale.
